Flat Screen Printing
MultiDX!, the horizontal Computer-to-Screen (CtS) imaging system with UV laser diodes up to 10`160 dpi for a maximum frame size of 1450 x 1500 mm. System for easy and fast direct exposure of screen printing stencils with all conventional emulsions.
JetScreen! LT, the vertical Computer-to-Screen (CtS) imaging system with UV laser diodes. It can be used wherever very large formats of up to 5500 x 3200 mm or inline automation are required. JetScreen! LT is compatible with inline processing systems from all manufacturers. With the unique Lüscher Trioptic! with 635/1270 or 2540 dpi, optionally 5080 dpi, the optimum quality/speed ratio is always guaranteed.
Rotary Screen Printing
JetScreen DX round, the well-proven Computer-to-Screen (CtS) direct imaging system for textile printing. Rotary stencils up to a length of 3500 mm with standard emulsions are quickly and reliably exposed directly using UV laser diodes with 1200 or optionally 2400 dpi.
MultiDX!, equipped with UV laser diodes, for direct imaging of all types of rotary screen printing stencils: Screeny® rotary screens from Gallus, TecScreen® from Kocher+Beck oder RotaPlate® from Stork. The necessary register systems are installed by Lüscher and guarantee absolute accuracy of fit.
MultiDX! and JetScreen! LT, the universal Computer-to-Screen (CtS) imaging systems for all textile applications. T-shirt printing, transfer printing and other demanding applications are covered by these systems. Thanks to the unique Lüscher Trioptic! with a resolution of 635/1270 or 2540 dpi, the optimum quality/speed ratio is always guaranteed.
XPose!, the patented Computer-to-Plate (CtP) imaging system with internal drum offers the possibility to use both UV laser diodes and IR laser diodes. It allows the exposure of thermal and/or UV-sensitive plates in all common formats up to 1650 x 2260 mm in highest quality.
Dry Offset Printing
MultiDX! and XPose!, the Computer-to-Plate (CtP) systems used to image all commercially available letterpress polymer plates with LAMS layer for decorating tubes, beverage cans and cups. Thanks to customisation, multiple plates can be positioned simultaneously via register pins. Significant cost savings due to the fastest makeready times in the press are the result.
Conventional polymer plates without LAMS layer for flexographic and letterpress printing can also be exposed three-dimensionally with special UV laser diodes in the 375nm range.
XPose! FlexLine, for digital imaging of flexo plates (Flexo CtP) with LAMS layer up to 50 x 80 inches (1270 x 2032 mm). With the patented internal drum system, the plate material remains static and does not have to be taped or held in place with clamping rails. With variable resolutions up to full HD 5080 dpi or higher, all quality demands required in flexo printing are covered.
Hot Stamping and Embossing Cliches
MultiDX!, for digital imaging of stamping and embossing clichés in steel, copper or magnesium. For this application, the system is equipped with a dynamic autofocus. Any unevenness in the plate material is automatically compensated for during exposure and perfect quality is guaranteed.
XPose! SecureLine, the perfect Computer-to-Plate (CtP) solution for all security printing applications such as passports or identity cards. With resolutions of up to 12`000 dpi, the XPose! SecureLine sets standards in security printing and has established itself worldwide as the reference system for banknote printing. XPose! SecureLine is also available as a hybrid system (CtP/CtS).
MultiDX! and XPose!, in the appropriate configuration, is also suitable as a Computer-to-Film (CtF) system for exposing ablative film material from folex® and Laser Point II®. If, for example, plate material is not available in a digital version and thus conventional exposure in the copy frame is necessary, this application can represent a useful alternative.
MultiDX!, the Computer-to-Plate (CtP) system for direct exposure of steel and/or polymer plates in any material thickness in highest quality with the corresponding laser configuration. For steel clichés, an etch resist is imaged with UV laser diodes. The pad printing plates (nyloprint® DLE 30 S or INTAGLIO laser cliché plate) for direct laser engraving can be imaged directly using IR laser diodes with no need for additional exposure steps.
