We offer both a comprehensive all-inclusive contract and a more compact light version. Additionally, you can select individual options and combine them as needed. Maintenance Contract „Light“

With this contract, we offer you, depending on the selected level, one to two machine maintenances per year, as well as an annual software update. Additionally, you will have access to our hotline from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 o’clock, where our support team is available for technical inquiries and remote assistance.

All costs related to labor and travel time, as well as travel expenses associated with the maintenance, will be covered by us.

Maintenance Contract „All-in“

The ultimate comfort package among maintenance contracts: Depending on the selected level, one to two machine maintenances per year, as well as an annual software update, are included. In addition, you will have access to our hotline, where our support team is available from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 o’clock. Furthermore, we cover all costs for wear and spare parts, as well as labor and travel time, and travel expenses related to maintenance and other services. The number of visits is unlimited, ensuring that you can always count on our support.

The reduced version of the All-in maintenance contract does not cover the costs for travel time and travel expenses related to maintenance and other services. This allows for flexible and efficient maintenance of your machine, while you retain control over the incurred travel costs.

With this maintenance contract, you secure an annual software update for your machine. This contract ensures that your software remains up to date, with all important features and security updates being installed regularly. You can rely on your machine running optimally and benefiting from the latest improvements and features.

The maintenance contract guarantees that your system continues to operate reliably and efficiently in the long term, without you having to worry about updates.

Maintenance Contract „Remote-Support“

With this maintenance contract, you gain access to our hotline and remote support from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 o’clock. Our experienced support team is available to assist you with technical questions, troubleshooting, and remote maintenance to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. If you require extended support, we offer the option to upgrade the contract. With extended support, you will receive extended remote support from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 22:00 o’clock, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 16:00 o’clock.

This ensures that you can receive prompt assistance outside regular business hours, and your systems are always optimally supported.

Maintenance Contract „Reaction-Time“

With this maintenance contract, you ensure a quick response time for technical issues. Depending on the chosen plan, a technician will be on-site within 72, 48, or 24 hours to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and get your machine back up and running. This contract offers you the flexibility to adjust the response time according to your needs, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal downtime.

No matter which response time you choose, you can be confident that we will react swiftly to avoid unnecessary interruptions to your production.
